📦 Shipping Provider & Location
• We ship all packages via USPS from our New York location
• We're happy to ship to any location served by USPS
• By placing an order, you agree to these shipping policies

⏱️ Processing Times
• Ready-to-ship items: Ships within 3 business days
• Business days: Monday through Friday (excluding US national holidays)
• Pre-orders and custom orders: Ship according to product description timelines
• Need an update? Check your confirmation email, shipping email, or contact us

Domestic Shipping (USA)
• Tracking number provided via shipping notification email
• Standard delivery: Up to 14 business days
• Track anytime through your shipping confirmation email link
• Delivery confirmation: Once USPS marks your package as delivered, we consider it received
• Package theft: While we're not responsible for theft after delivery, we'll gladly provide necessary information for USPS claims

🌎 International Shipping
• Tracking/customs number provided when available
• Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
• Customer responsibility:
  - All customs fees and import taxes
  - Checking local import regulations
  - Providing accurate delivery information
• Important notes:
  - We cannot mark items as gifts (it's illegal!)
  - Refused packages due to customs fees will be refunded minus shipping costs and return fees
  - Once marked as delivered, we consider the item received
